International Symposium on Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma

The International Symposium on Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma (ISP) 2014 will cover all aspects of research on pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, focusing on pheochromocytoma-related genes, new biochemical tests and imaging, new medical treatments, and the clinical guideline. The ISP 2014 will also provide the opportunity to present various cases for discussion. ISP 2014 will be held in Kyoto, Japan, an ancient capital with a history of more than 1200 years and the center of science and culture in Japan.

Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia (MEN) Patient & Family Seminar


Multiple endocrine neoplasia 1 and 2 patients and their families are invited to attend a free, half-day educational seminar presented by the Lurie Cancer Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois in partnership with American Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Support.  The keynote speaker will be Stephen Marx, MD from the National Institutes of Health discussing The Genetics of MEN.  Additional topics include Genetic Counseling, MEN in Children, Pancreatic Surgery for MEN 1, Management of MEN 1 Pituitary Tumors, Medullary Cancer in MEN 2, and Long-Term Follow Up of MEN Patients.
