Joseph S. Dillon, MD, endocrinologist, will be the featured guest for Facebook Live Luncheon with the Experts on Thursday, August 18, 2022. Dr. Dillon is Professor of Internal Medicine-Endocrinology and Metabolism and Director of Iowa’s multidisciplinary Neuroendocrine Tumor Center.
Dr. Dillon is the author or co-author of numerous articles about neuroendocrine tumors, including biomarkers, workup of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, biochemical testing in NETs, and 131I-MIBG therapy in patients with advanced pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma. He is also a co-author on the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS) guidelines for midgut NETs and the NANETS guide for NET patient health care providers during COVID-19.
