October Luncheon with the Experts in New York City for the Carcinoid and Neuroendocrine Tumor Community

Join fellow carcinoid and neuroendocrine tumor (NET) patients and three medical experts for Luncheon with the Experts in New York City on Sunday, October 16, 2016.  This special program was initiated and is sponsored by the Big Apple NETs support group, in collaboration with the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation.  Two premier organizations, Lexicon Pharmaceuticals and Advanced Accelerator Applications, have generously supported the luncheon so there is no charge for attendees.

The experts are Dr. Richard R.P. Warner, world-renowned carcinoid/NET specialist, Director of the Center for Carcinoid and Neuroendocrine Tumors at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, and Co-Medical Director of the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation; Dr. Celia M. Divino, The Stanley Edelman MD Professor of Surgery,  Chief of the Division of General Surgery and Program Director of General Surgery Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center; and Dr. Lynn H. Ratner, Assistant Clinical Professor, Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Participants will hear from and interact with these expert physicians in an informal setting on issues ranging from surgery to follow-up testing and new developments.  The event will take place in a private dining setting at Selena Rosa Mexicana in Manhattan (1712 2nd Avenue, between 88th and 89th Streets).

Interested individuals must register by email or telephone on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to first-time attendees.  A maximum of 35 participants can be accommodated.
