Carcinoid Syndrome Patients: Share Your Journey — Can you help us to raise awareness about carcinoid syndrome?
Health Monitor Network, in collaboration with the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation, is producing a Guide to Living with Carcinoid Syndrome that will be distributed in healthcare offices across the United States. We are looking for people living with carcinoid syndrome to share your stories, which will be featured along with a photo, in the guide.
