The Georgia Neuroendocrine Cancer Community (GANETS) meets 8 times a year.  The group has met in Sandy Springs or at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan, Georgia.  GANETS also has a Georgia Facebook group. The schedule for the rest of 2020 is still being considered due to the pandemic.  Support group leader Susan Meckler Plummer is planning Zoom meetings “until we can meet again”!  In June the guest presenter will be Dr. Walid Shaib from Emory University and in July the guest presenter will be NET expert Dr. Eric Liu from Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Denver.
