Dr. Keutgen is a board-certified, double-fellowship trained surgeon who specializes in the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract and pancreas.  His clinical interests include minimally invasive and robotic surgery as well as advanced techniques for resection of neuroendocrine tumor liver metastases.  Dr. Keutgen also has a particular interest in neuroendocrine tumor laboratory research, including trying to understand why some tumors behave more aggressively than others.
