Luncheon with the Experts in White Plains, NY (POSTPONED, New Date to Be Announced)

Join neuroendocrine tumor (NET) patients in White Plains, NY on Sunday, May 17, 2020, for a unique opportunity to have lunch with two medical experts, Dr. Edward M. Wolin and Dr. Munir Ghesani. Share your experiences with others who have similar concerns and hear from physicians on issues ranging from NET cancer treatments  to follow-up testing and new developments. This special program was initiated and is sponsored by the Big Apple NETs support group, in collaboration with the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation. There is no charge for the luncheon thanks to the generous sponsorship of a friend of the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation.

The lead expert for the luncheon is Edward M. Wolin, MD, Director of the Center for Carcinoid and Neuroendocrine Tumors at Mount Sinai Hospital and Professor of Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.  Joining Dr. Wolin will be be Munir Ghesani, MD, FACNM, FACR, who is  Chief of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging at the Mount Sinai Department of Diagnostic, Molecular & Interventional Radiology.

The maximum number of participants is 35, with preference given to newcomers, but otherwise on a first-come, first-served basis.
