The Caring for Carcinoid Foundation is presenting a free educational conference for patients and caregivers on Saturday, June 21 in Los Angeles, California at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.  Lunch and registration begin at 11:30 am and the program begins at 12:30 pm.
