The PNW Carcinoid/NET Support Group will present a day of learning and support for carcinoid/NET patients and their loved ones at UW Medicine in Seattle, Washington on Saturday, October 25.  The featured speakers are Veena Shankaran, MD on “Systemic Therapy Option for Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors” and Flavio Rocha, MD on “The Role of Local Therapy for Metastatic Carcinoid and PNETs.”  There will also be presentations by a nutritionist, a yoga and meditation practitioner, and a nurse educator.
