Dr. Clarke specializes in hepato-pancreatic-biliary malignancies, primary and metastatic neuroendocrine tumors, melanoma and sarcoma. Her research efforts focus on epigenetic regulation of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. She serves as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee of the Association for Academic Surgery. Dr. Clarke is also the Chair of the NANETS, North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society, Mentoring and Early Career Development Committee.
