A renowned medical oncologist, Dr. Phan has treated over 500 carcinoid/neuroendocrine tumor (NET) patients. At Southeastern, she helps patients with neuroendocrine and endocrine cancers develop personalized treatment plans. In addition, she works with patients who have malignancies of the gastroenterological system including stomach, esophagus, colon, rectum, anus, pancreas, liver, and biliary duct system. During her career, Dr. Phan has focused on gastrointestinal (GI) cancers including pancreaticobiliary, liver, esophageal, gastric/stomach, gastroesophageal junction, anal and colorectal cancers. She is also interested in endocrine and rare neoplasms including paragangliomas, pheochromocytomas, neuroendocrine tumors/carcinomas, and those from thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands, and has extensive experience with clinical trials in carcinoid and other NETs.
