Why: In celebration of The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation’s 42nd anniversary (1968 – 2010) and Chicago’s Carcinoid Cancer/NET Awareness Month
Now in its fourth year, The Zebra Ball – Stars for the Stripes was founded by Sharon Devereaux in honor of her mother, a carcinoid patient, and to support The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation’s mission to encourage and support research in addition to educating the general public and healthcare professionals regarding carcinoid cancer and related neuroendocrine tumors. Over $100,000 has been raised by The Zebra Ball since its inception in 2007.
Individual reservations for the evening are $150.00 and a table of 10 patrons is $1,250.00. Raffle tickets are $25.00 each or 5 for $100.00.
Winners of the Grand Raffle will receive either a 2-bedroom lodging package for a maximum of six guests for:
a First Prize of 7-night stay on the sunny Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island or
a Second Prize of a 7-night stay on the sunny Rocky Point Coast of Mexico’s Sonora Area or
a Third Prize of a Gourmet Gift Basket
Arrangements have been handled through the generosity of The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation’s donors. Winners need not be present.
