Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida.

Run for the Stripes, 5K Run/1 Mile Walk, Pennsylvania

Now in its fourth year, Run for The Stripes raises awareness for neuroendocrine cancers and funds for NET research at the University of Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center.  The 5K run/walk will be held at the Philadelphia Zoo. The Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network (NCAN) will hold its 7th Annual "Strides for Stripes" Zebra Walk on Saturday, October 24 from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm at Eisenhower Park Field 6A in East Meadow, NY.  The walk helps raise money for programs that assist NET cancer patients and brings about awareness of carcinoid and neuroendocrine cancers.
