Project Zebra: Help Raise Awareness for the Carcinoid and Neuroendocrine Tumor Community

Dear Friends,

You can help us raise awareness for the 125,000 people in the United States diagnosed with carcinoid and other neuroendocrine tumors by participating in Project Zebra.

The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation and our partner Self Care Catalysts invite you to join us in the first ever Project Zebra: Community-Based Research for Carcinoid and Neuroendocrine Tumors, to help increase awareness and education about these rare diseases.

We believe there is value in sharing your experience, and we want to help you make your story count.  By completing a 20-minute survey on your experience with carcinoid and/or NET Cancer on a mobile app, you will receive $50 from Self Care Catalysts, which you can keep for yourself or donate to a NET nonprofit organization of your choice.

Click here for more information and to fill out a form to participate.

We respect your trust in us and any information that is disclosed as part of this initiative will remain in strict confidence.  Additionally, no information will be attributed to individual respondents.

THANK YOU for your support!

With appreciation,

The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation Team
