Show Your Stripes by Contributing to Carcinoid and NET Research

Project Zebra

Dear Friends,

Don’t miss this opportunity to Show Your Stripes by participating in the first ever Project Zebra: Real-World Patient Journey Research for Carcinoid and Neuroendocrine Tumors in the United States.

The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation and our partner Self Care Catalysts (SCC) are inviting 100 Carcinoid and NET cancer patients in the United States to participate in Project Zebra – a 60-day self-care challenge for you to track your health journey, tell the story of this rare condition, and give back to the community.

To participate in Project Zebra, you will use a mobile app which allows you to share your daily experience with Carcinoid and NET cancer, ultimately shaping an important research paper for Worldwide NET Cancer Day, November 10, 2016.

Your participation will help raise awareness about this rare disease. At each 30-day mark of your participation, you will receive $50 from SCC that you can either keep or donate to the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation to support the foundation in serving the Carcinoid and NET cancer community.

Interested in participating, or want more information? Please contact SCC’s community coordinator Vasheeta Patel at vasheeta@selfcarecatalysts.com, or call toll-free, 1-844-475-4637.

We respect your trust in us and any information that is disclosed as part of this initiative will remain in strict confidence. Additionally, no information will be attributed to individual respondents.

With appreciation,

The Carcinoid Cancer Foundation Team
